Mahjong 101
In this hands-on beginner class, you’ll learn how to identify tiles, understand the 2025 card, build lines, the mechanics of game play and master the essential moves — from the Charleston to calling Mahjong. Perfect for anyone curious about the game.

Mahjong 102
Now that you know the basics, it’s time to play like a pro! Mahjong 102 focuses on dealing and wall building, the Charleston, strategy, speed, and smarter decision-making — from when to call a tile to how to read your opponents’ racks. Get ready for lively discussion and plenty of “aha!” moments as your game (and confidence) level up.

Guided Play
It’s game time! Guided Play is where practice meets pleasure — a relaxed session for Mahjong 102 graduates who want to gain confidence through real play. We provide the gorgeous setup — mats, tiles, racks, shufflers and print outs with answers to common questions — and you enjoy the rhythm of the game, the camaraderie, and the satisfaction declaring “Mahjong!”
